Color and Files

Unless instructed otherwise- your digital file is printed ‘as is’. This means that we cannot be responsible for color or image quality such as incorrect color balance or lighting, out of focus, or poor resolution images. (See guidelines).

We maintain a very calibrated and profiled workflow- ensuring that what we see on our calibrated monitor reflects the actual color profile of your image- as well as the output of our equipment. Since monitors have different color levels- we cannot guarantee that your print will look exactly the same as it does on your monitor (especially if it is not calibrated).

If we see a problem with your file we will let you know- but art is subjective and it’s not always easy to pick out something wrong. Should your file need some attention we offer expert color and image correction.

Cancellations and Returns

If there is a problem with an order or print we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation. Each order is custom processed just for you. Since orders are processed immediately upon placing the order- we cannot accept order cancellations for work that is already printed. If the print arrives damaged or has any other print quality problems please contact us immediately. Arrangements can be made to send the print back to us and we will be happy to address the issue, and reprint it. Please make any returns in the packaging the prints were received in. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority!

Production Time / Shipping

We strive to produce each of your giclee prints in a very timely manner. Current production time is 1-3 business days, stretched and coated prints require 3 days min. drying time. 

We do our best to accomodate rush orders to get your prints to you as quickly as possible, however choosing this option does'nt speed up production time (above), only the shipping. 

Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground.

For Rush Orders: At checkout, choose this option, and specify in comments which level of this service you would like to use: UPS next day Air, 2nd day Air, or 3rd day Air. We will request payment (via PayPal) for actual cost when your order is shipped. 

To Rush Order Proofs Only: Specify in comments that you would like to have the proofs rushed to you and the level of service to use (above), and we will request payment for actual cost when it is shipped.
